We connected our laptop to our personal HotSpot and was able to watch TV shows and kids were finally happy (what is wrong with front desk?) - There 'on demand' TV show or movies are over priced.
What I don't get is when a customer called in 3 times for the same issue how do you ignore that? This is a very bad customer service. so, we decided to connect to there 'Free' WiFi but what a joke! that doesn't work when it does it keeps disconnecting. No one said sorry because we called in 3 times for the same issue or fix the issue.
Every time we call front desk they keep telling us they will send a maintenance guy to fix it but no one came. The worst Front desk experience EVER!!! We called front desk because all of the kids channels on TV are not working.
Here are the Pros and Cons: Pros: - Hotel looks nice and clean - Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable - Good size room and has a desk and a mini fridge - Pool area looks nice and the size is actually bigger than most of the big brand hotels (Very Nice) - Check IN/Out are easy and quick - Every thing looks almost new and have free parking - The buffet inside the Casino are VERY GOOD!!! Fair price and VERY GOOD FOOD Cons: - Front Desk, Oh my GOD !!! what is wrong with them? We call front desk 3 times for the same issue and we left the hotel before they fix it. We usually pick a Hilton brand but this time we just want to try something else so we picked this hotel.
